In Q2 2018 I identified an emerging market for specialty protein bars and launched Human Food Bar, a product reviews website targeting the niche. In a few short months, I grew the site from less than 200 unique visitors per week to over 15,000 (see how). The site has gone viral, especially this interactive guide to Dr. Gundry’s Plant Paradox Recipes. The site is the most highly trafficked in its niche and is being monetized through affiliate deals.
