Overview
We commissioned a three-part TLS industry report from Inman News, the leading Real Estate trade publication, and used it as the foundation for a multi-touch, omnichannel program lasting three months, including three waves of Facebook ads.
Objectives
- Reinforce market leadership in Digital Transaction Management for Real Estate Brokers
- Generate Sales Accepted Leads
- Drive adoption and upsell opportunities into customer install base
- Create content for use in outbound Sales campaigns
Campaign
I worked with Product Marketing and Sales to secure a panel of customers, executives and independent analysts to be interviewed. The omnichannel campaign included:
- Three sponsored posts on the Inman News website, as well as email and social promotions to their audience
- Three promotional emails to DocuSign prospects and customers
- Homepage promotion on DocuSign.com
- Facebook ads and retargeting
- Outbound Sales supporting call and email campaign
